Balance work and home
I am very fortunate that I don't have a big conflict between my personal life and my working life. My schedule and my husband's schedule are pretty much the same and we are able to have supper together almost everyday.
We have the weekends off so we can work in the house or we can go out. We don't have children so we don't have a lot of pressure on us to do things or be anywhere.
