Nice Place to Be

When I started here, having a quality system wasn't really a requirement. It was just becoming a requirement. Now we have a very well defined quality program and corrective action planning tools and things that we would never have even dreamed of when I started.

It takes a long time to implement a fully developed program. But now we're at a point where we're in continuous improvement mode as opposed to putting the infrastructure in place. We're now able to say, "I'd like to have that. Let's work toward putting that in place." as opposed to, "We have to have that and have it by tomorrow."

It's a nice place to be.
