Challenging Career

I'm at a challenging level in my career because our executive team is much more involved in the running of the company and making decisions about the business. So I'm focused on ensuring that I understand all the aspects of the business in order to make proper decisions.

I have been considering doing my MBA, to further my understanding of the business aspects of my job. Life is too busy to be considering doing it right now, but in the next five years I may go for it. I think it would certainly help me here, and anywhere that I might go.
