Unpredictable Days

I've come to accept the fact that the day that I think I'm coming in to, is unlikely going to be the day that I leave. My day is not my own.

My day is mentoring somebody through whatever problem they've been presented with or developing corrective action plans.

So no matter how well I plan ahead, there are always distractions and interruptions to that plan.
