Many Meetings

My days are loaded with meetings. More and more as I become involved with the strategic direction of the company, meetings take up a good portion of my day. We practically have to call a meeting to call a meeting!

I find that the higher up I go, the less actual work I'm able to put out. I used to put out papers and dissertations and various different reports. I no longer have the time to do that. I can just basically guide somebody along to do that for me. I do miss doing those kinds of things.
