My Job
My Boss
My BossI report to a Lead Hand. He supervises two other millwrights, our apprentices, an electrician and me.
Our Lead Hand will usually have a good grasp on what everybody's responsibilities are for the day. He'll have work orders made up to do jobs on certain machines.
Most of the time we give him the input on that and let him know what needs to be done. We find that out from our preventative maintenance runs or from breakdowns.
