We do machine modifications to improve production or for safety.

There were two incidents where people got hurt on the same type of machine so Workplace Health and Safety came in. I was asked to give input into what I thought could be done to improve the safety on these machines.

As a result, we implemented changes and took care of the problem. We have 5 or 6 other machines that are now undergoing the same modification.
