A Typical Repair
A Typical RepairOnce you get into the machine you have to find out what you need. Then you go to the maintenance department and deal with the parts people. You look at parts manuals and go through drawings to get the parts ordered.
Then you have to go back to the machine's operators and tell them it's going to be two days before you can get the parts. Everybody's got to be informed. If you forget once, it comes back to haunt you.
