Basically whenever an apprentice is either looking over your shoulder or you're telling him what to do to give him hands-on experience.

You're constantly explaining things as well and if they're really interested, they'll ask so many questions that it may take longer to fix the machine. But it's very worthwhile because they're learning something from it.
