Where I WorkRoyal Direct Contact Centre, located in the south end of Winnipeg, is one of four client contact centres for Royal Bank with other locations in Moncton, Mississauga and Montreal.
The centre takes calls regarding general inquiries, bank services and financial planning on a twenty-four hour basis from clients across Canada and the US.
Along with promoting investment options, the Invest by Phone team helps clients with short and long term financial planning.
