New RoleI've been at the centre here for two years, but being a Team Leader is a relatively new role for me. I've been at it for just over a year.
I was an investment representative during my first ten months at the Centre and that has been really helpful for me.
Not only do I understand that the bank expects us to sell things to our clients, but I also know first-hand what my staff experiences on the phones.
