I follow up weekly with a random selection of clients that my team has dealt with, to discuss the level of service they experienced.

In my department, all of the calls are taped so that we have a record of what was discussed and what action was taken.

The Centre also monitors calls on an ongoing basis for training purposes and to ensure we're offering consistent service to our clients.
