Doubled ResponsibilityWhen another Team Leader is away my responsibilities can double. Not only do I have my own team to respond to, I need to respond to theirs as well.
I'm also responsible for the shifts that overlap during my time period. There's branch compliance, my regularly scheduled activities, and lots of questions to answer.
On those days, I go home and go, 'Whew! I wonder where the day went.'
