Very RewardingOur evening team is full of skilled people that weren't feeling connected to the daytime staff. To raise their profile, I've created a weekly newsletter that's distributed to my entire team and management.
They started getting feedback in the office, became more real to the day staff, and also received recognition from our national office.
That's my most rewarding accomplishment so far.
