Overtime

If I feel I need to spend some extra time to do my job, I will come in on the weekend or stay late. Is overtime expected or required? I would say no.

The company wants me to take time with my family and to take my time off. They don't want or expect me to work a lot of overtime. That's a personal choice I make.
