The sales and service team is often the first point of contact. I developed a presentation to inform them about what my team does, and suggested ways they could encourage a person to accept a referral to speak with an investment representative.

The results have been positive because both teams are better able to meet their targets. I'm hoping to make this presentation on a more regular basis to new staff.
