Lifestyle ChangeI had polio as a child and have developed Post Polio Syndrome as an adult. My biggest challenges are joint pain, progressive muscle weakness and fatigue brought on by stress.
We had to downsize our life a bit so that I can conserve my energy and pace myself. We recently sold our house in La Salle and bought a house in Winnipeg so I could cut down on travel time and yard work.
