Production Schedules

I'm responsible for meeting 100 percent of my master production schedules. I do that by maintaining what we call an Order Status that I review first thing every morning to make sure we're on track.

I share that information with the rest of the crew to make sure they're up to speed on what our due date for shipping is.

I spend a fair bit of time on the computer system that helps make all this happen.
