Managing the Team

My main job is to bring together a very diverse group of people and get them to work and think as a team to produce our products.

It's not always easy, because of course no two people are the same and we don't all come to work in the same mood or have the same opinions every day.

But I believe in seeing the talent in everyone and their ability to produce the end product.
