Internal Suppliers

My area of responsibility is making certain structural parts for Boeing 737s and 777s. In order to manage this area, I get support from what I call my internal suppliers. They provide us with what we need to do our jobs; parts, equipment, staff, etc.

There's a lot of interacting to do with the managers of those groups to make sure my product flows through their areas in a timely manner and to support what I need to get the job done.
