Transforming the Process

We're going through a transformation program right now to improve efficiency in all our processes.

We hold workshops called 'Kaizens', based on Japanese production principles that examine how things are done and that look for ways to improve and streamline methods and procedures.

We get some of the people actually building the product to get together and brainstorm ways to improve production and then put those ideas into action. These are the production experts we use to achieve our goals for the plant.
