What It Takes

If I was looking to hire someone for my job, I'd look for someone who has strong people skills, knows how to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and who is very organized.

They'd also need to have some background technical knowledge, like how to read blueprints and specs, can understand the manufacturing processes we use and is also familiar with computers and the tools available on them.
