Helping Change

We're implementing a new way of doing business, and like any change, when you're asking someone to do something in a different way it can be challenging for them.

We're asking for things like timings, pace production, Takt flow which is the rate of assembly, things that for years, they've never had to deal with.

The most difficult part for me is helping the people work through and understand the need for change.
