Each customer has different needs and understands the technology at different levels. Being able to talk to them at a level they can understand is very helpful.

Relating to the customer is not just about how you talk to them, it can go as far as the way you present yourself, even what kind of clothes you wear.

You don’t want to show up in jeans if the customer is wearing a suit and tie.
