Call For Help"I’ll get back to you" is not something we like to say. If we can get the answer right away, it’s reassuring to the customer.
We can bounce ideas off other people in the office or we can contact Microsoft Great Plains directly and get an answer there. Learning is part of the job but time is also an issue. It’s important to know when to call for help.
