Starting the Process

After a new contract is signed we either have an initial conference call with the client or a meeting on site at Cangene.

This meeting is used to determine what the client's expectations are and inform them of our own procedures and timelines with the goal of aligning them to everyone's satisfaction.

These meetings are where the Sales Department hands the client over to Project Management.
