Communication is Key

At the start of a new project we establish a communication tree of the new client's company so that we know who the key people are and how to get hold of them.

We need to know who has signing authority, who the decision makers are and how we can reach them by phone, fax or email.

Without this important information, a project can become stalled causing stress and frustration on both sides.
