Managing Specialists

My Project Management team isn't required to have intimate knowledge of the manufacturing process or the quality control testing.

Each functional group, be it Logistics, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Manufacturing has to have the expert knowledge.

Our job is to coordinate each of the groups to make the project happen.
