Biggest Challenge

The biggest challenge I have faced in my career was when the company cut back staff and I was laid off. I'd worked here for over 12 years when that happened. That was pretty stressful.

But in the end it was one of the best things that could have happened to me because it made me stop and think about what was important and where I wanted to go.
