Five years from now I could be the Logistics Director for Inkster or for the whole company.
We have three distribution centres with a Service Centre Manager for each one. Then there's one senior person that oversees all three centres.
That could be my next position. I wouldn't mind striving for that one. There are lots of stepping-stones involved but I've hit most of the steps so far.
