Getting the Answers

My primary way of communicating is by email. If I'm away for even a day, I'll have over a hundred emails to answer or just read for information. If I don't get a quick response to an email though, I'll pick up the phone to get the answer.

I still say, even in this day and age, email is great and faxing is great, but hearing somebody on the other end of the phone is what really gets your point across.
