Serving CustomersI don’t really deal with customers in person but in some ways I do feel I have some contact with them.
If I’m not happy with the product that I'm packing, it’s going to go to them and they’re not going to be happy either. So I’ll stop it before it goes out.
In that way I guess I do deal with them.
