My advice is to tighten your boots, jump in and just start doing it. You're going to have to want to work and do those jobs that we all do, like sweep the floor and clean the bathroom.

But you'll learn that there's a lot more to gardening and producing herbs than you'd think.

It's fun because it's a good environment and people are pretty laid back, but you'll still have to pull your weight.
